Dates, cashews, almonds and pistachios bound with ghee and set into a dense, nut-packed square — you can see every nut in the cross-section, because nothing is ground down to paste to pad it out. Handmade in small batches with no preservatives and no artificial flavours, which is why they are made to be eaten within weeks rather than parked on a shelf for a year.
